In order to provide for exceptional speakers from out-of-town, the CVOS has long participated in the July Hickory Furniture Marts Summer sale.  The mart provides prime location for the society to have our fund raising event.Â

With heavy advertising from the marts merchants and the associated Arts & Crafts dealers invited to market their wares during the event, this is a proven opportunity for the CVOS to recharge its coffers above and beyond membership dues and raffles.
